Terms of Service
By working with Third Form Creative Studio or using our website, you agree to the terms below. No surprises, no fine print tricks. Just the stuff that keeps everything fair and smooth on both sides.
1. Scope of Work
Before any project begins, we’ll agree on a clear scope outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. This may be shared through a proposal, email, or Notion workspace.
If additional work is requested outside of the agreed scope, we’ll provide an updated quote and confirm with you before moving forward. No unexpected costs will be added without approval.
2. Payment Terms
Projects typically require a deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final deliverables and access will be provided once payment is complete. Payments more than 7 days overdue may result in a pause in the project timeline.
Payments are accepted via Wix Payments and bank transfer. Payment plans may be available depending on project scope and will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
3. Revisions
Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically 2–3 per phase, depending on scope).
Revisions are meant to refine, not restart. If your feedback significantly changes direction after approvals or finalization, we may quote additional work. We’ll always keep you informed before anything is billed.
4. Timelines & Deadlines
We establish clear timelines at the start of each project and work to maintain them. This depends on timely feedback, approvals, and asset delivery.
If communication pauses for more than 14 days, the project may be temporarily paused. Restarting the project may require rescheduling based on availability.
5. Ownership & Rights
Once final payment is received, you own the final approved deliverables.
This includes brand assets, design files, and any agreed-upon outputs. Third Form Creative Studio retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios, case studies, and related materials unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.
6. Communication
Communication is primarily asynchronous and handled through email, Notion, and text.
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours during business days. If real-time conversations are needed, we schedule them via Google Meet.
7. Cancellations
Projects may be canceled at any time. In that case, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.
If a project is paused for more than 21 days without prior notice, it may need to be rescheduled. Restarting work may involve an additional fee depending on scope and availability.
8. Liability
We deliver all work with professional care and in alignment with the agreed scope.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, tools, hosting services, or how the final work is implemented or used beyond our control.
9. Confidentiality
All materials, information, and assets shared throughout the project are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed or reused without permission.
Mutual NDAs can be signed upon request prior to project start.
10. Portfolio & Usage
We may showcase completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio, case studies, or social channels.
If your project requires confidentiality (e.g. pre-launch or private initiatives), this can be agreed upon in advance.
